    Oh, I hope cj is right, that some change happens because of this movement, but I have these really serious doubts that anything is going to change.

    BTW I saw this really interesting spot on PBS news the other night. Recordings of Nixon’s remembrances of his speaking to protestors at the Lincoln Memorial back in about 1966. He asked his valet if he’d ever been to the Lincoln Memorial and when his valet said no, Nixon hauled him down there at 2 in the morning and talked to the Vietnam War protestors claiming he understood their desire to end the war and that he was really trying hard to do that. The Secret Service guys were going nuts!
